Add the word ‘finance’ to the mix and you’re likely to be greeted by an eye roll and a groan.
Because finance is boring, right?
Actually, no.
I tailor my presentations to the environment and the people attending so I can make the experience informative, inspiring and fun.
My goal is to motivate people to take action that will improve not only their lives but the world around them. I achieve this through a mix of honest storytelling, practical advice and clear takeaways.

After I left school I was convinced that I wanted to be a scientist but I soon discovered that I needed more human interaction. I moved into property law and became a qualified patent attorney, a career I enjoyed for 10 years.
When my Dad was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis I re-evaluated my career path and the contribution I wanted to make to the greater good. Once again, my career path veered in another direction and I became a financial planner.

As Chair and board director of the Pro Bono Financial Advice Network (PFAN), I help individuals, families and carers access free financial advice during a time of crisis. My drive to help people in need has also seen me walk the Great Wall of China and cycle 50km across Melbourne to raise money for people living with Multiple Sclerosis. These experiences have made me a better financial planner and a better person.
